Once you launch the app, the first step is to add the amount of the bill. You then go through your contact list and select the people with whom you have to split the bill. Once that is done, the app displays the exact amount divided between all of you in front of everyones name on your screen. The next and last step then is to send this amount to each of the persons that you have selected. Expense Divider allows you to select between a text message and an email and, depending on your choice, the divided amount is sent to your friends.
